In the Air Force I was known as someone that gets stuff done, and if that works for you and you want a quick sale, that's great. I moved to Hobsonville in May '89 with the Air Force, it didn't take me long to realise that this town and the surrounding area had something special going on. My time in East Timor with the Air Force really brought home to me the importance of having that place to call home. People's homes, full of their treasures and memories razed to the ground. Families just left with what they had got dressed in that morning. Property, houses, land, farms and even commercial property give people stability and reassurance. Even before that, as a 13 year old I witnessed a very upset father when it came to selling the family home.
Real Estate gives us financial stability, personal stability and family stability, that place to call home. I have owned, rented, developed, subdivided, renovated, sold, purchased and listed property. I now live and breathe Real Estate, the self-improvement, the buzz, the changing market, but ultimately helping people achieve their dreams, helping others out of predicaments, helping families find their 'Forever' home, helping young people on to the ladder.
